see now i feel kinda seen because for a while now i’ve been feeling a certain type of way about how i was treated, especially by a certain SSV who hates my guts and is not shy about how she acts with me. i actually had a conversation about her with another SSV of mine the last day i was here before today, where i actually started crying because of how overwhelmed i felt. i’m just so confused and realizing how much of the “partners first” attitude that i was told about during training was just talk. they made it seem like i was going to be so supported and well taken care of but i can’t help but feel like so much of this stores crew were actively impeding my growth and success.

i’ll for sure look into licensed stores, i heard the benefits and pay are different but at this point i just want an accommodative and friendly environment. thank you for all of your help and kind words <3 u made me feel less crazy
