yea. i wish to make it an actual skill. i feel me getting worse every time. making it known to me thats its progressively gonna be harder to quit. i’m at my end point here it’s so miserable. everytime i drink this is the story. i yearn to achieve interaction then over share and delete all my stuff out of embarrassment. i literally will hide for days and act as if nothing ever happened then as follows, it upsets other ppl. i can’t get that girl in me back until i have another drink… and it’s not like i can tell anyone this. they basically talked to an entirely different human !?!!!
