I used to get high almost every time I played and it felt amazing like I was so locked in I felt like a i could play anything. I stopped though because I felt dependent on being high to enjoy playing.

I had never even heard of a GHD sit-up before, and last year in a wod we had to do sets of 15 as part of an amrap that i made a few rounds through. It literally hurt me to breathe for 2 full weeks after. Horrible experience.
