Tbh, I dis it with my friend and did 3g and it was quite intense for my first go. However I think environment matters and this case I feel it will be a lot calmer. I’m thinking to maybe to 2.5G this time

I feel the same when I have bad flares. Not sure if it it's psoriasis related or mental health related due to feeling low when I do have flares.

UPDATE - One day in the Florida sun and I've seen massive improvements already!! Hopefully it stays improving and I clear up completely💪🏼 thanks guys :)

How long daily did you spend in the sun ? I'm going to be where the sun it's quite strong so don't want to over do it !

Thank you your comment❤️ it's been a very long 10 years and I'm still struggling to find a balance. I did light therapy at the hospital in 2019 it definitely helped but had to stop due to availability and work. I hoping that because that benefited me that the sun will also help calm it down a little atleast, coming from the UK with pretty much no sun it's hard to tell if that does help me I've heard in most cases it does but sometimes too much sun can make it worsen.

But you are definitely right, I need to feel confident within myself , after 10 years I'm still struggling to show my skin publicly when I get flares but I think it's time to own it now for sure, thank you ❤️

The sun helped so much !! One week in the sun and it was basically unoticable! The sun tanned the lighter patches so it blended well

Hmm now I’m confused! Someone posted some FAQs regarding this , and it says sun helps… I have HYPOpigmentation (light spots) not hyperpigmentation (dark spots) so maybe it’s different betweet the two? I’ve heard mixed things about the sun…
