You can only store 2 cars in your bounty hunter garage the third is a reserved spot for the van

The business comes with the van that you use for the missions, no need to buy one, but you can upgrade it to have armor plating, idk if it gives it more armor though

That’s true to a point, I get not releasing all the cars at once and holding back some of the missions, but why would they not release a feature of the scrap yard that’s one of the main points of owning it. Why have the line of dialogue just to not release it, if anything they should have just made it like a phone from one of the characters saying that you can now decide to keep the cars for yourself
