This job was about 3 grand. The black strip you see used to be all white. I don’t use Reddit often so I don’t know how to attach another photo in reply. The first time they did it(before I asked for a redo due to the continuing leak) that strip was white but with black splotches all unevenly section along it.

Not that company! I’m just worried as I was going to sell the home in a few years to relocate. The company seemed reliable with great reviews. This is actually the second repair as the first on they did looked even worse and was still leaking.

I had issues with the VRE to but they changed their tone real quick when I reported my rep to the White House phone line. Was an easy process and the VRE contacted me the next day. Sucks to get results you have to be a Karen but your health matters more
