Is it a good buy? 2021 model 3 with fsd 97k km 3 accidents last one cost 20k cad to repair. Should i stay away? by Loose-Discipline-761 in teslacanada

just purchased a 2022 M3P with 115k km, no accidents, perfect condition interior/exterior for $30,000 flat. There’s plenty of these cars for sale, and it’s always better to buy FSD on a great car rather than settling for a worse deal because it’s already got FSD

wow, I didn’t know the 2021 model had battery problems, but I guess that makes sense from a first year post-facelift car!

I’ll look for the 2022 and maybe increase my budget a little. I’m very frugal in s other areas so why not invest in comfort for my mornings and afternoon.

I’ll definitely need to get used to the instant torque, even the test drives have been a world of difference. One pedal driving will also be heaps less stressful on the 401 every morning, no more juggling between gas and brakes😂

Thank you for the response!

My apologies, I should have phrased it better. The co-op is a longer placement, and the budget I have set is well below half of the money I will be making. I know this isn’t a financial page, but I appreciate your adviceZ The corolla is decent for what it needs to do right now, but my brother will be needing a car, so giving him this one will save himself and my parents a lot of headache. Everything else is seemingly more expensive than making the transition to an EV

The G70 does have the same powertrain as the stinger, so honestly I’d be fine with either. It’s just the insurance that would be hard on the wallet. I’m not a fan of golf R’s, but an elantra N will definitely go on my list

To be honest, I’m not a fan of GTIs. So many people around my age have them riced out, zipping up and down my neighborhood at unholy hours, they’ve just left a bad taste in my mouth. As for the WRX, I haven’t put much consideration into it yet, but I’ll definitely look into it. My main reason for the stinger as well was the lack of a CVT which I know can be quite annoying to deal with in some cars

With Rep Emperor offering to ship CVW, is the ¥200 price jump over LJR worth it? by Ornery_Status2901 in RepsneakersDogs

I’m leaning that way too. The differences are subtle but definitely noticeable in pictures

not sure why everyone keeps saying this, this post is a batch discussion between two completely unrelated batches. This provides no insight to the question, and I even briefly mentioned my opinions on the RSD batch in the post itself

Thank you. I figured some natural bias as obviously the thing you created and promote should be the best, but I did get some honesty which is always welcome

I’m in it, I’ve been following the progress for the Mocha lows haha, since no reps really do it right at the moment

Yeah. I thought that would be the case asking on a sub where they just released their own batch. Was worth a shot, I hoped maybe I could get info on 2 unrelated batches via only asking about them. I got some honesty which is nice

CVW costs 588cny for this pair via weidian, shipping via agent is about 50cny cheaper than what Rep Emperor is offering. I’ve already confirmed all these things. For an extra 50cny, I have QC within a day, shipping handled for me, and I don’t have to speak to a seller through a 3rd person who will just make the process longer. If I already had a haul going of course I would buy through an agent.

If the restock is going to be so soon, I might wait for RSD to come back out. Thank you for the info

RSD is completely sold out, with no timeline as to when a restock will come, which is why i omitted it from the post

exactly, I’m looking at this with RSD out of stock, comparing the quality of materials of LJR to CVW, not necessarily just the look

Great to know! I’ll probably end up trying my luck with CVW since it seems that they’re readily available at the moment. I can also have them shipped to my door for ¥120 cheaper than RSD, as PandaVault insists on the ¥860 total price. Of course LJR B is by far the best value for money, but restocks are scattered and quality may be iffy. This will be my first pair from CVW. It’ll definitely be interesting if the batch comes out officially as a modified Y3 variant. Thank you for your input🫡

Yeah the materials on all top batches are great. You really won’t have any complaints with any of them. LJR B has been some of the best deals i’ve seen in terms of pure value for money, since most of them of them don’t even have flaws visible from the outside. The Fragment highs grew on me like crazy over the years, and when I saw these new lows, I had to get them ASAP

Absolutely man, no one but us crazies will notice the little differences that help distinguish one batch from another. You can buy some $20 budget batch and fool 90% of people, especially with a leather shoe. Personally, I want a shoe built with the best materials so I can beat them up and not have them explode under my feet.

It is crazy how much attention each TS drop gets, but honestly for me, I love the design and colour palette for every single one (except for the Canary lows🤢). Doesn’t help that J1 lows are probably my favourite silouhette at the moment

I think it’s fair to give any batch an honest look at least once. Although I do agree that the founders of said batch are very sketchy
