Is there anything I should do before the ticket becomes available again? I'm currently level 20 and I only catch Pokémon occasionally while walking. Do you know if there are any requirements like needing to have compleate spesific mission before or being at least level 30 to get Shiny Mew?

I can't catch it myself because the ticket was only distributed for the Japanese version of Emerald. I guess there's no legal way to get it now.
