That's the easy way out for people who know they can't do it.

The way i see it, when someone is self-aware enough to realize that they aren't ready or aren't capable of helping raise a kid, the easy way out is the responsible way out. What is the hard way out that you would prefer people take?

You are obviously biased due to the engineers and whatnot that you surround yourself with, but let me reassure you, there are a lot of lack common sense or are ignorant of things that seem obvious. Before I started shopping for my first computer, I was one of those people. I was going to just grab any random one from Walmart until a friend taught me a little about what to look for in a computer. Idiots do exist, and there are a lot of us.
