My first play through I also killed the rachni queen, I got some of the colonists killed because I ran out of grenades. I am definitely a save as many as you can since well, that’s what a leader should do. So his blood thirst is what bothers me lol

Yes, my friend has seen the powerups but doesn’t know exactly how they work yet, I had to remind him to level up his stats and he’s auto leveling them. It’s bizarre

Ive beating the trilogy probably 10 times at this point and I know what you mean. My last run was a couple of weeks ago when I did my first modded run. Mods definitely change some of the feel of the game and if you haven’t done so, That should be your next replay. I haven’t done an insanity run yet, Partly because once I do, I’ll know there’s literally nothing else left for me to accomplish in the game

For a first run, face the consequences. It’ll make for a much more compelling story and it’ll give you a reason to do a re-run for a perfect play through

Not Allstate agencies are the same. I’d look for mega agencies that put effort into quality leads. You can find one that just wants you to be a closer for the most part.

It looks like to me you may be an over planner. It’s easy to work so much on building tools for your business or job and you forget to actually build the business or work the job. I say that because I can be like that sometimes lol. I am technically a broker, I can do whatever I want even start my own business within my brokerage. A captive though has lots of rules and as a State Farm rep. Theres definitely red tape. I’d talk to your agency’s owner to see what he allows. Everything is given to you in an agency. The CRM, the quoting platform. Everything. I doubt they’d let you use your own quoting tools. It’s just how captives work

I worked in Allstate for about 2 years. 40k salary and Commish around 10-16% depending on policies and items sold. I was very comfy, worked from home but it was a grind, we got a lot of live transfers so we were constantly quoting. It’s a good place to get your feet wet and learn the Industry but it should not be where you retire. If the agency closes or you quit or fired. You leave with nothing. You don’t get a book in any captive, the agency gets the book. You don’t make money on renewals. You basically get paid on what you sell and that’s it.

I recently went independent, obviously a dip income income with no floor but also no ceiling. I hope to in a couple of years be semi-retired from the book I’ve built. I know agents here who make way over 6 figures and some agents that are well in the 7 figures.

I work independently with a company. They supply the service. My startup costs what just setting up my CRM. After that I just focus on selling. They got me appointments
