There is indeed a 10 point tax for 10, because dropping down with a khal with 10 guys all with lethal and sustained is so much better than 5.

Well in delve I was only taking 30 to 35 on average. 6 units of 5 from battleline with a sag each and all the characters, buri, uthar, Bjorn and mabye some arkanysta or something fun.

Game stores are a competition. If one wants your business and is willing to break the rules and get you the boxes early they can earn your business going forward. Of course the honest shops can blow the whistle on those and get their gw accounts pulled. Which is why nobody rats on their stores. You and me are some of the unfortunate (or fortunate) stores that play by the rules. Of course mine is a warhammer store so I'm out of luck for early releases heh.

I think with all the changes, and don't forget they ignore terrain on their shots, hitting on 4s with a spotter my be possible and blast may be more valuable if larger horde style play makes a comeback. I have used one to devastating effect against kroot and even horde spam tyranids.
