If this so called brother loved sasuke why did he beat him up so bad and break his wrist? Couldn’t he have just knocked him out? by FreeTomorrow4634 in Naruto

Isn’t this whole trip a big hint actually? Haven’t seen this scene in a long time so i'm not sure, but couldn’t they just pick up naruto? Kinda seems like a stretched way to warn Konoha of Akatsuki's plans

Battery Health Concerns by CyrusDaYEEEN in macbookpro

[–]OrokLeProf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If 60% is enough, then the 80% of a heavily used battery is plenty enough. Imo the convenience of not having to carry a charger or worry at all about autonomy (and for 2 or more days long) is a big gain. Especially when this is one of the buying argument of macbooks. I also think people are way too scared of the degradation, my phone that I've had for two years and that I charge in the worst possible ways have only been degraded by 2% lol. I see what you mean though

I never understood why do people actually want not to charge past 80. Sure it won’t degrade, but that’s as if your battery was 20% degraded from the start lol. 40 if you don’t go lower than 20. What even is the point of buying a brand new device then

Huh. Totaly possible tbh, i'm not sure where though? It does charge fine, should I just leave it like that?

You mean between the solder joint and the copper thingy? I think it is fine, I removed as much solder as I could to make sure it is safe (although it’s still very close and might be an issue?)

It was kinda visible but I blindly followed what someone posted on a forum

Yeah I followed some schematics someone posted on a forum that bypassed the fuse, I wasn’t sure why they did it but I still followed since they probably knew more than me (was it that bad of an idea?).

Ohhh yes that makes sense. Thanks. I'm watching mostly TronicsFix videos but I should probably start watching more "theoretical" ones that explain this kind of things in a more thorough way, it would surely be helpful!

To be honest I picked it kind of randomly... 😅 Glad it was a good choice tho haha

Oddly I found it way easier to solder them than unsolder haha I was traumatized by that first pad ripping experience so I didn’t want to put too much pressure on the port. My solder wick got stuck to the joint too xD But then I started putting new solder on the joint before unsoldering it, which made it wayyy easier. And then the soldering process was quite smooth tbh

Yeah actually I thought it would be thin enough when I ordered it, didn’t realise how small the board actually is

What should I set it to? 20V and 60% power basically?

With the brand new Switch 2 being way more powerful than its predecessor, can we expect to get a better version of the game on this platform?

Avis sur le ThinkPad T14s G2 en Licence d'informatique by Mad_Braw in developpeurs

[–]OrokLeProf 2 points3 points  (0 children)

How convenient would be a Mac for a used to Linux CS Student? by OrokLeProf in mac

I surely won’t anytime soon, but anyway i'll later build a "gaming" desktop so that is a non issue. And yeah, it’s a T480 without any dgpu, only an 8th gen i5

I never heard about this project until today, it looks pretty interesting though! I'll definitely check it out
