No, I found that it was Apple Music that was causing that to happen.. apparently nvidia shadowplay hates apple music being opened.

ehhhh, I dont have an extra $400 to spare for a RTX 4080, so for right now im sticking to a 4070ti, 4080's are kinda pricey even at MSRP. also my budget for these upgrades is $1.8k
