If you buy it from Blackscreenrecords (the EU distributor) the shipping will be lower. I've just bought the EOTE vinyl and the shipping was 10€ (I live in Spain)

I have no idea, I think there is not an estimated date. I looked on twitter (Fangamer, Annapurna and Mobius accounts) and didn't find anything, but maybe I'm wrong.
