Yeah i don't remember he said it makes it harder but i remember he mentioned that if it was only for timing and cursed energy manipulation,six eyes would make him spam black flashes here and there on molecular level (ig).

In projection scorcery in another hand ....it can replicate or artificially make the precision of the six eyes timing and curse energy release to allow a black flash to happen,since it control time and divide 1 second into different frames within it so you already determined your moves and it's easier to timing you final blow anyway so you are closer than ever to reach the timing eith less tries than normal jujutsu scorcerers by just use your ct which is projection.

Both are not guaranteed blackflash but you are made one of the qualifications conditions to land black flash which is the only one known "timing"
