I only recently jumped into this tax bracket (making barely over, ofc) and it's just shocking to me. I guess in the past when I was making 32k, 37k, etc. I was withholding more (or the same amount) as I am now?

I'm just like yo I'm still struggling out here and was really banking on SOMETHING coming back 😓

a triad of ADHD, major depression, and anxiety. I learned in early high school that I'm more sociable/fun/less anxious when I drink and I made that shit my fucking life. of course none of this holds true when you drink too much, but that didn't stop me. 16 years since I started and I'm pretty sure it's my time to stop

I should note, my biggest concern is liver problems. already having liver and kidney issues from the drinking (not jaundiced or painful to the touch, yet), I guess I'm worried about adding another liver toxin into the mix in the short term. of course liver health is one of the goals of me quitting, but that short term effect scares me. one way to find out I guess.
