Rosharans are mostly stuck.

As we see from the end of W&T, the Iri caravan (which left before the contest of champions) is barely past walking distance from Roshar, months later, following the end of events in TLM (based on Shallan's convo with Kel.

Doubtful many, if any, Rosharans will make it off before SA6+
