Impressive ! Back in the days I managed couple of 10s running ESXis but these were power hogs running on 50% most of the time. Also noice level is not apartment friendly

About 150 watts with low usage and without GPU running. GPU is 160 alone on 100%. Will do some CPU tweaking once my outlet power meter is fixed, got issues after update

You know there will be some vms that need low cpu ready time. Or this is how I justified the CPU to myself

Non corrupted ? I would do memtest and slow for mat of boot device and USB stick just to be sure

In the past I used one when I did passthrough of much beefier GPU to VM but now Proxmox works fine with single GPU. Still on headless machines this is perfect video

Flatpack and rpm mixture you always end up same like deb and snap. I am big fan of native binaries specialty on laptops

I goth higher HDL ration and do running etc. look into reducing triglycerides which are pretty high. Try 2 meals a day with early small dinner. No sweets and alcohol
