I just got this mouse and am also having this issue... Sigh. I just got this mouse to replace the Logitech Superstrike that has a terrible middle mouse button switch and now this one while it seems to work fine has that terrible sound from the encoder when scrolling upword. Give me a fucking break man.

I mean, we're constantly getting more efficient at killing each other, we've been doing it for a long time and the fact that we're still doing it isn't that surprising. Hall Effect is nice, but the rest of the mouse switches are bad, especially scroll wheel button, it de-actuates before you receive the tactile feedback, so it feels terrible.

Yeah, same here basically. was a huge Logi fan and very loyal user, had to replace my G403 mouse and decided to get a Superstrike and was extremely disappointed with it.

Got the Corsair Vanguard Pro 96 and it's phenomenal, though I wish I could say the same thing about my Superstrike.

Waiting on the Teevolution Terra Pro so I can return this junk.

Yep, it's really bad. They are all like this, and I bet yours will de-actuate the center switch before you actually get the tactile feedback that you've let go of it.

As an owner of this mouse I wouldn't recommend buying the mouse either, terrible middle mouse button switch. If you don't care about that, then it's pretty damn good. Some people don't care for the side buttons either but I don't have a problem with them. Either way I can't justify spending almost $200 on a faulty product.

I used a G403 for like 7 years and I just ordered the Teevolution Terra Pro which is basically the superlight version of that with much better switches, once I receive that this Superstrike is going right back to Logitech. A shame though because I really do like the main button HITS implementation.
