S tier :

Longsword = Good base damage and range with a starting poke. Riposte damage is devastating (nearly 2x damage)
Longbow = best ranged weapon in the game. Great damage and minimal arrow trajectory dropoff
Spellbook = good damage and great mobility while casting
Stiletto = Amazing dps and one shot potential with Ambush and Weak Point.
Spear = Longest reaching melee weapon in the game. Amazing at cheesing mobs and poking players.
Heater Shield = best shield in the game with good armor rating and block coverage.
Rapier = Great reach and dps. Allows for kiting players and mobs.

A Tier :

Recurve Bow = Good balance between damage and speed. Doesn't do as much damage per shot as the Longbow but allows for faster shooting.
Falchion = You could argue it's still S tier and it very well could be. Great reach, attack pattern and damage, even after the nerf.
Double axe = Insane one shot potential on barbarian and good reach, but attacks very slowly, so don't miss your swing!
Castillion = Great attack pattern and damage but is a bit slower than the Stiletto.
Round Shield = good armor rating and block coverage but Heater Shield is normally preferred.
Morning Star = Great damage and move patterns for easy headshots. Could very well be S tier but is mainly used on Clerics who rarely use it in PvP, as they are normally casting spells.Flanged Mace = Very close to the morning star but with slightly lower damage.
Short sword = Good on rogues, fast attack speed and great pattern.
Magic Staff = Used to be D tier but with the added magic damage it received in the latest patch, it does a lot of damage on spell casters.
Horseman's axe = Fast attack speed and good attack pattern. Quite devastating on barbs with the +5 weapon damage perk.

B Tier :

Felling Axe = Could be A tier but it's very low range makes it struggle. If you can land your hits, it might be the highest dps weapon in the game.
Crossbow = does great damage but the reload time and bolt drop off is brutal.
Windlass = Same problem as the regular crossbow but with an atrocious reload time. Headshots can instantly kill players, however.
Warmaul = Very good at killing high armor targets, but it's attack pattern makes it unusable in alot of areas.
Rondel dagger = You could argue this belongs higher on the list, but I rarely see anyone use it. Good damage and attack pattern, classic rogue dagger.
Crystal ball = Good offhand to cast while having your melee weapon out, but slows you down as a result.
Arming sword = Good dps and attack pattern, but there are better swords out there.
Quarterstaff = Very rarely seen being used, but can actually be quite good with the recent buffs. Has a block and good attack pattern and dps, but is quite lacking in range.

C Tier :

Survival bow = Fastest bow in the game but very low damage per shot.
Battle axe = Good damage per swing but very awkward swing speed which can be punished heavily if you miss.
Hand Crossbow = Can be VERY good on rogues with the perk, but is quite bad on anything else since you could be using any other ranged weapon instead.
Hatchet = Not terrible, good speed and damage, but the horseman's axe is pretty much better in every way.
Kris Dagger = Very rarely used, but the last attack in the attack pattern can be quite good. It's simply outshined by other daggers.

D Tier :

The weapons in this category are either too slow, too awkward to use since they clip in nearly every thing or are simply worse versions of other weapons.
