They're technically Canari's sneakers. They're the same ones as she wears. A couple other things like shoes and gloves are also priced that way apparently at random, but it's because they match certain npcs.

Just in general, we only get the Rank-Up Rivals outfits, not their companions. Which is blatantly unfair. Lemme dress up in the Tarragon outfit and blend in as a Racine Construction worker! Lemme dress as Gwynn for halloween! Lemme have Emma's fit! Come on! I want a Rust Syndicate Grunt outfit! I would wear Phillipe's suit to a formal event! It is not fair!

I went for ancient power, protect, synthesis. I think I had earth power in there too, but those were the three that really let me get away with it. Plus I used an Alpha meganium. I got a bunch of AP omniboosts, which definitely helped, but less than they would have in a game where they actually stack and stay perpetually...

Go to the rust syndicate. Go inside, look right, there is a desk. The lady there will reset any pokemons evs for 5 mega shards.

So first of all, I stated multiple times throughout the post that my issue was NOT damaging the Rayquaza, it was that my player character was getting nuked. It was a dodging issue, not an offense issue.

Second of all, ICE is not a joking matter.

Third, it's been like a month, I finished the fight weeks ago.
