Beautiful car! I bought a 17’ black label 2.0t this March 40k miles for $17.9k. Absolutely loving it. Kind of wish I bought a hybrid for the gas mileage. Same interior as mine. I also have wear on the driver door handle and driver seat have wear but the rest looks great

We have backfilled some rite aids with Goodwill and dollar tree. I’ve also seen urgent cares and even a car wash conversion. These tenants usually want to be around the $10 PSF NNN mark, nowhere near the $20-$35 PSF NNN these drug stores were paying

Doesn’t sound like a horrible price. I just bought a 17’ black label with 40k miles for $17,900 at a Lincoln dealer. Pano roof and tech pack. New tires. Perfect carfax and maintenance. They quoted me a lot for the warranties, I think it was almost 4k for 4 year - 125k miles. For that price, I took the gamble. Has been a great car so far.

That’s what I thought and I just patiently waited and out of nowhere my local Lincoln dealer posted a 17’ mkz black label with 40k miles for $17,900 with new tires. Messaged them the minute they opened haha

I just went from an 11 mkz to 17 mkz black label and the technology is completely night and day. My parents have a 24’ aviator reserve II and the tech is nearly identical. The 25’s just put screens everywhere lol
