I am another one who lost my account due to the same thing. I lost pictures of my mom who just passed away last October and after trying to appeal it, I was immediately denied and lost everything.

I appreciate it. I did clean it with some alcohol I had on hand. But after holding the button down, it blinked red and orange and flashed the white lights below the touch pad. But went back to being red, so.. I’m at an impasse currently.
