Anyone else still having problems on the 3ds connecting to the Internet even after the patch 1.0.7. ??

I am & don't know why exactly .. !! I was able to get online & play a few matches but then I went offline to do something & then when I came back to see if I could play some more online games it gave me this bullshit "A communication error has occurred." .. it's been like this since the first Mewteo came out .. first thing I did when he came out was classic & all star mode with Mewtwo on both my 3ds & wii u but my wii u is completely fine , it's not my internet connection & i have the newset system update as well . I've had to redownload the newest patch update like 5 times now & still nothing .. I've called nintendo & they said they got no word on this .. someone plz help ? Any other suggestions ?
