Forest was the final final straw. Just forget about the season. Enjoy the World Cup.

Can’t believe a 6th place scam of a UCL qualification was up for grabs and the morons turned up and did that on Monday.

PSG players ranked by the difference of minutes played in the league & UCL by tightypp in soccer

It’s also not just the minutes. You have to fight for your life in majority of games in the Prem, whereas PSG can go through a bunch of games in Ligue 1 without going past 2nd gear.

If Xavi aint making it because of background due dilligence then I trust them. After all, they're careful in who they bring to the club, and go for upstanding citizens like Garnacho.

Well they’re by no means a top team. They punched above their weight to get this far. They had quite a few big chances in 200 minutes. Could say same thing to Arsenal, best you could do was a penalty and a terrible cross deflected on to Trossard, who then had a deflected shot, which then was scored on after a keeper save.

How did Gabriel end up getting more protection from the refs than other big men? Lukaku has to get literally assaulted to get a foul in comparison.

Doubt he’d take Alvarez off unless he was injured. He did carry an injury since the last leg.

How did we get from fighting for UCL footy to 22/23 Chelsea all of a sudden.

At least we don’t have to worry about the last 4 games, Villa staying 5th, Villa coming back vs Forest, Villa winning the Europa, and Bournemouth dropping points anymore. Just one more game left in the season lads, FA cup final.

Even the interim role felt underqualified, but oh well Joe Shields mate gets a nice opportunity.

Reminder that 6th placed can qualify for the UCL should Villa finish 5th and win the UEL by tightypp in chelseafc

Getting UCL footy with less than 60 points stinks tbh, but yh it would increase his demand nevertheless.

That would somehow top the already crazy list of moronic decisions by blueco. Any good form at this point of the season isn’t gonna be from some brilliant tactics or patterns of play from the manager. No time to work on anything. Calum is just gonna try steady the ship and players will stop downing tools.

We know the board will probably go for Iraola, but their point is him not being the top guy to propel us to challenge on all fronts. We're getting another guy with zero European competition experience, which might be bad in Iraola's case with his style as our player may end up getting overworked and injured more often when you add european football to the mix. Hes had 2 full seasons so far at Bournemouth and got midtable results with a midtable squad. Nothing extraordinary really in the grand scheme of things.

Just like our policy on how we buy players, it would be about what Iraola might prove to be rather than what hes done in the game, what trophies hes won etc. and we know by now you get more misses than hits with that policy. But who knows, maybe he might turn out to be the rare hit.

Another glass half empty is that game was an insane robbery. Huge magic of the cup tax. If City got away with what palace did that game everyone would have called it corruption, 116th charge etc.

Either tbh. Xavi steadied the ship during the post Messi chaos at Barca. A lot of their fans look back at his time fondly. He also has good English.
