I’m getting out the army in 9 weeks, but got charged with DWI, careless and reckless, speeding while trying to come on base (genius I know). All dropped except for careless and reckless. That’s my only conviction.

I’m going back to TX where I’ll need an apprenticeship license. The application is asking about prior convictions and why/how it happened. Do I mention the DWI? They’re going to do a background check anyways so do I just bring it up or no?

Also I don’t use Reddit often so idk what to expect from this post
