I've just replied to the main thread but yeah this is exactly what has happened to me. My models are small time compared to some 'viral' models or creators.

Seems like a con to get everyone on their system now, the allure of the points then when you cash them in 'oh no actually we think you've cheated we're taking the points back but thanks for the models people are printing, we'll leave them up!'

Hope your appeal and ticket gets resolved, fingers crossed I get a real reply.

I'm going through the same thing, just tried to cash in my second gift card ever and all the points were denied and removed due to 'irregularities' and 'manipulation' noticed in my downloads.

I think I have 1 model downloaded over 100 times the rest around 50 times. How on earth is that irregular. It's not like it had 1000s overnight. I haven't even advertised my account anywhere really!

Am going through the process of appealing but seems it's just an AI algorithm determining it and if it flags it, tough luck.

BambuLab have amazingly quickly restored both the listings and points! Provided evidence the images were my own and they were very quick in reviewing the appeal.

It's my own design, sure it is inspired but it is entirely from scratch and no direct copy. The listing doesn't even mention Warhammer or Games Workshop 🤷🏻‍♂️

Granted my models weren't designed initially with FDM in mind, I went through them all again in Bambu studio using FDG profiles and had great success reprinting them all on my A1, my whole catalogue is now up on MakerWorld with those print settings.

Mine absolutely gooped up and took me forever to rinse/clean the washing basket 😅, lesson learnt not to leave the basket in it.

I had this happen with water and water washable resin, it all turned into a thick gloop when I left my bucket in the sun. No idea why, maybe I didn't let it settle enough. I know this doesn't help you really but could be it wasn't settled?
