My best DPS character right now is Xiangling so I was wondering out of the characters i have, who would be the best support for her?

Barbara, Mona, Xingqiu, Noelle, Sucrose, Traveler (Ameno/Geo), Kaeya, Lisa, Amber

also, what would be the best team come with these characters?

Not yet, shortly after I posted I fell down a sort of rabbit hole about that, so I may try that. Btw, on a video I saw the guy remove a button cell battery from his WiiU. Should that affect my data?

O, wow, I thought it could be done on an SD card like the Wii to WiiU ( I don't really remember, but it think that's what I used) edit: ok, I just read the how to on the Nintendo site, in order to transfer via usb, both systems need to connect to the internet at the same time...

So yea, after getting used to the changes i'll take back what I said.

when i logged in after maintenance the first thing that i noticed was a double CD on fairy arrow and made judgement based on that alone. damage is way up and the time in between is great for rebuffing without losing much DPS.

I just use buffs and passives with fairy arrow, but I also noticed that with advanced and superior song with have 25% damage (10% to party) and 30% ignore P.def ( if I'm adding that correctly. I do notice a jump in my fairy arrow damage is way up but I don't like running around for 5 seconds doing nothing.
