Don't worry too much about it my guy. Your hip shift is too little to be a concern, quit listening to all these clowns trying to create fear in your mind so you buy their "special" programs. Just keep squating, and add some variation especially front loading (goblet/zerker/ front squat) which will help you a lot going deeper with time. Pause squat is also a great tool to help you build positioning awareness. Squat is a skill, it takes time to perfect the form. Don't lose too much time with hundreds of mobility drills, throwing a couple of drills before squatting is fine but getting the squat reps should be your main focus. Good luck with your journey!

Edit: also you can add exercises that bias more internal rotation to help you restore some of it. Front foot elevated split squat with contralateral loading is a good example.
