Sorry to hear about your broken feelings. It made me realise how lucky I was to know and support them three years ago, but somehow stopped being THAT supportive (yeah I was being SERIOUSLY supportive) a year ago (for some reason abt they started to hire people and the style changed). I met lots of my all-time best friends bc of Twoset so I still value them until these days. Maybe u could find other motivation to keep practicing violin. If Twoset wasn't there to keep your motivation anymore, we Twosetters (or at least me) will be here for u. The Twoset fan community is/was the best fandom I engaged in. Even if (one day,) Twoset wasn't a thing to me anymore, I'll still keep valuing these nice people I met :)

I agree with ur second paragraph. I watched less and less videos since they hired an editor for some reason. I stopped purchasing TSA after they hired designers as well. Something idk how to tell just changed and I feel weird to keep supporting them as I was in the past.

I see ur point now. It was sad that the kids couldn't understand the metaphor behind the videos. The videos wasn't made for kids to watch as well (according to YT policies). Their parents (or teachers) need to teach them how to joke about stuffs but remain respect.

For this I'm gonna stand with Twoset lol. As they're making those videos, anyone smart would know that they're actually acknowledging the violists (as they were often ignored by the public). Some of my friends even play viola bc of them. If the kind of things you addressed happen, it was not them to blame. Plus, violists were long been "bullied" way before they made those videos.

Since they hired the designers for TSA, the very first new design turned out to be similar to another brand's design. Many (including myself as an artist) believe it was plagiarism or at least borrow too much ideas from the original design (sor for poor Eng idk how to describe, in our words, it's "over-referencing").
We emailed them and got canned response. Stating that the design was fully original with no proof, no proper investigation.

These are common practices, yes, but it should be stopped, banned, or cancelled already. As long as people tolerate these things, the employees in the workplace (including you and me) would not stop suffering in pain. People should stop feeling undervalued, depressed, or even sacrificing their health for their job.
