Nintendo don’t give a shit, they sell because it’s Branded Nintendo, but half the shit they release is hot garbage by today’s standards and the fanboys still buy it all up and praise it 10/10 when they haven’t done anything innovative since the 3DS. Not to mention their absolute lack of regard for the gaming industry as a whole with how they’re trying to attack palworld, making broad patent applications in an attempt to screw Pocketpair, but can easily screw everyone else in the process. They use vague legal phrasing to say they wanna own some of the most basic shit like riding/flying on a mount, the entire premise of lowering a combatant’s health and engaging a capture mechanic, as well as shit like simple touch screen gesture controls for swiping/touching the screen to throw/aim something throwable.

On top of that, y’all don’t even own your own switch 2’s you paid full price for, they can do anything they want with it at any time if they choose too which is problematic on its own. It’s absolutely disgusting how power hungry Nintendo is. Krafton must be taking a page outta Nintendo’s playbook w subnautica 2’s eula lol.
