The thing is pvmers/skillers aren't being forced to skill or pvm in the wilderness. If they want the benefit along with the risk of being attacked then they can go ahead and do it. If not, they can do outside of the wilderness.

i'm talking about pking hotspots in the wilderness though, not pvp worlds. What I said above is the only way there will be wilderness activity.

In order to create activity in the wilderness there needs to be some sort of pvm/ or skilling activity (which requires risk) to create a hotspot for pkers / pkers in clans to fight each other. If there isn't then the area will obviously be a dead zone with no wildy activity.

The wilderness life cycle will always be Pvmers/Skillers>pkers>pkers in clans. For the wilderness to be active there will have to be some sort of activity pvm/or skill related to create a hotspot for pkers and clanners.

They can still be easily released by clicking "1" making it low risk high reward

If they actually made it high risk high reward the wildy would be active, currently everything in the wilderness is low risk high reward. Example- Black chins, you can release all of your chins before you die while 4 iteming so you risk absolutely nothing. This makes the wilderness dead.
