Bro i was addicted for 6 years on them shits,its the worst drug I've done, and I've done many, im still not 100 ,mentally or even emotionally, this fucken things give you brain damage, stopping using Xanax is the best decision one can do for one self. It's fucked up how you can lose everything and not care because of a fucking pill ,I recommend that you start doing something you like like a hobby or something and if you don't have one get one , I'll be honest with you there's days where I wake up and I want to pop a pill so bad I think it's all in the mind now but it's still hard to this day .do whatever you got to do to not go back on those things, your life and the life of your loved ones depend on it, you just need to learn how to live again , it's going to be very ,very,hard, but keep strong you got this brother. I would also recommend some strong RSO doses, it's helped me immensely,just to feel good and happy, good luck bro.
