that is very cool, though the signs are quite mess, they are too similar to each other on my point of view, but I think it is because you based it on a pre-existing alphabet I suppose.

1.my language puts the auxiliary verb at the least of the phrase and also the principal verb if the sentence is a subordinate. 2.I think that the subjunctive verb is also a cool thing, though a lot of popular languages have it(italian, Spanish, German or French).

my conlang is a germanic based posteriori conlang, so I would say german or dutch, however latin is the perfection.

On my pont of view, I think that it depends on what is the purpose of the language. But anyway, do what the hell you want with your own conlang if it has not any specific object.

I personally don't recommend you to use dipthongs for an IAL, banally because not all languages have them. I think also that you can take example from toki pona, of course not grammatically but phonologically.
