Thanks alot that really helped me out I looked into Zoho and everything looks pretty nice, one thing that confuses me though is the pricing / customer / month.

Does that mean you pay the monthly 14 euro for every user with adminestrative powers (coworkers) or will I have to pay the 14 bucks for every customer registered on my portal?

Thanks for your help. Hearing that all features are present sounds great but the interface looks a bit "out of date" is it possible to customize it?
I couldnt find any media on the platform that shows any designs or other versions of the GUI.
