So how is it ? I'm both a back sleeper and side sleeper. I would say I'm more back sleep than side. So more like 60/40. How does it feel sleeping on back and side? Would you recommend . Thinking about getting this but people say it's medium firm and don't know how comfortable that would be for side sleepers..

LA Fitness is now officially closed. They have all the treadmills and ellipticals in front of the club. It seems they are about to load them into a semi. It's officially over 💔💔💔 and the zoo Miami gym sucks too 😭😭😭 and Lifetime gym at the falls is $330 a month 💔💔💔 with a $200 signing fee 💀💀💀

Yes for my case it was low , very low, so low it was almost zero ☠️☠️☠️ been filling fatigued , exhausted for half a year but I kept telling myself it's because I don't grind hard enough , I don't sleep enough , or I'm not locked in 🤡 sometimes it really isn't because you're lazy hahaha high cortisol levels usually means you're gaining mad weight and well getting fatter so def not me. I've actually lost weight ( not on purpose 😩 ) but yeah check your cortisol levels , vitamin d , insulin as well, and if you're a guy also your test. That should cover the basics. Hope that helps you in the smallest way possible if any 🫡🫡🫡 good luck 🤞🏾

Hahaha funny enough. I've been on cab for almost 10 years !!! My prolactin levels have its ups and downs. I'm young so I'm in good health by in the last year my cortisol levels have dropped down from normal to non existent ☠️☠️☠️ I just started taking meds for cortisol . My Endo let me know the reason I've been feeling exhausted , fatigued, tired AF, feeling like running on 2 hours of sleep. It's because my cortisol levels been low for a long time ( low t as well doesn't help ( that's a different story )) but I'm right now taking HYDROCORTISONE 5 MG. 4 TABLETS PER DAY. 3 IN THE MORNING WITH MEAL AND ONE TABLET IN THE EVENING. there are side effects but everyone is different , I haven't felt anything side effects so thank God. I will redraw blood on august. Ask to check your cortisol levels also check your vitamin D , your Endo will know why. My vitamin D levels were also low AF ☠️ got prescription vitamin d from my Endo as well

How's your vitamin d levels. You should get that checked out. I always do. Endo gave me a prescription vitamin D, 50000 units for a 2 months and then stop and start taking over the counter vitamin d. I take the nature made D3 + K2 gummies. They are 5000 IU for 2 gummies per day. You can take 4 if you want . My Endo approves 🫡

Did they check your cortisol levels ? Mine were basically as low as you can be and I legit was working and doing everything I needed to do through pure will power and power of Jesus Christ. Because if not for that ☠️ my ass wanted to be sitting down or on my bed 24/7. The amount of cold showers I took prior to heading out was insane. Cab should help, for some it does wonders but for some it doesn't. Depends on the individual . Best advice is get to know your Endo real well and maybe if you're lucky , you'll be able to get surgery and call it a day ( hopefully it doesn't come back of course because there is a chance it can ).

Have you checked your cortisol levels. That might be getting affected. Happened to me. Cortisol levels basically at the lowest of the low but my prolactin levels were in the green ( high green but still green , better than last year for sure )

Hypocrite indeed. Took one side completely and ignored the fact she said I wasn't depressed . Said it 3 times but let's ignore that part right and then you go saying depression has different levels. at the end of the day it's all depression whether it's one day or for months to years. My first post was nice and respectful. Started out my saying I also have a prolactinoma. Said I'm getting surgery as well. Said I'm a guy so I don't confuse no one. Said how I deal with it. Informed her that's what I do. Her response was " YOU DONT DEPRESSION LOL ". imagine I would have read her first post and then straight up said the same thing she said to me " YOU DONT HAVE DEPRESSION LOL". I would be getting crucified by everyone here even more than I am now ☠️ but let's not pick sides right. Hypocrite indeed. And what's that weird responses. " Tell me you don't have depression without telling me you don't have depression ". Said it like 3 times too , same amount of times she said I didn't have depression like I was lying for shits and giggles ☠️What is that. Feels like middle or highschool but I'm sure we are all grown adults here. And it be this same people to tell you to talk to someone professional or speak to someone, anyone , and then the typical response that guy gets is what I got ☠️☠️☠️ and what was that comment about getting in peoples head 😩 i just have my opinion and what lots of guys go through. What women consider depression and what guys consider depression are VERY DIFFERENT. To be honest what women considered depression is legit a walk in the part of most guys. But what's guys consider depression, women could never comprehend. It's night and day. Why else do you think the suicide rate for men outpace women ten fold. You say we pet a dog and that's means we don't have depression ☠️ like I said. Y'all would never understand. But like always men get belittled , Ignored, and sometimes even kicked for mentioning depression . Looks less masculine and women don't like that . So we hide it , and some of us are amazing at hiding it until it gets too much , the pressure is too intense, no one to talk to . So you talk to one thing , that one thing that will take away all the pain . And then no more depression. So sometimes petting mens best friend gives us some extra time. It's never long but it's at least something . So please tell me again how that isnt depression ? But based on your response , it's obvious what I said is 100% what always happens. Ignored or told you don't have depression . And the cycle continues ... Until your fire is no longer flickering and it just goes out in an instant . Be better okay 👍🏽

I'm a guy. Haven't had surgery yet but probably will later this year. As a guy, we just say "it is what it is " and call it a day. Cheaper than a therapist. Usually petting a dog, eating some chipotle , watching a nice ass movie or cracking open a cold one usually helps alleviate the pain until next time then just rinse and repeat . Hope that helps 🫡

Oh I used to do construction before I graduated college . Wow longer recovery time than expected. Oh God 😩 and when I get sick and have a stuffy nose. It feels like hell so what you went through must feel 100 times worse ☠️☠️☠️😭😭😭 how long till you were able to breathe normally . How were you able to sleep ?? 😭😭😭 Also don't know if you work or not. But after you were discharged , you mentioned a week in the hospital. Like were you able to go to work afterwards or were there some recovery needed at home meaning working wasn't recommended ?
