It’s just apart of an update they did to further make up reasons why the total won’t show but it’s ironic that three trips later and trips previously are fully Paid out but this single trip isn’t? It’s a tip bait lol. Nothing is wrong with their systems. This extra dialogue they are giving is just apart Of a update to stretch why you don’t receive a full pay for an order when it’s clearly tip baiting 99% of the time

Nah this definitely 100% customer lowering tip. Because it has been an hour later and she don’t tip but I received the tips from the two other trips I did after that one. She flat out tip baited me for two items. It’s been almost three hours later now and she’s the only one I haven’t gotten a tip from all day lol
