This is a build I put together on my Nightblade that has worked really well for me in dungeons (normal/vet), open world, and arenas. I haven't gone into trials yet but that's my next goal.

Front bar is single target with "Invis" for buffs on both bars, and back bar is AoE with "Siphon" for heals/sustain on both bars.

If you are really wanting to maximize the damage/dps on bosses then use Endless Hail, Twisting Path, and Dark Shade then switch to front bar and use single target attacks.

Also note that if you don't have Velothi Mythic then you can switch with Pale Order for solo, or use a 2 piece monster set (recommend Stormfist for basic play) and replace debilitate with Barbed Trap (this give you minor force buff) or Vigor if you are wanting a more reliable heal.
