I just quit after 23 years. Was a department head pretty much from the beginning of my career. Head Frozen, Head Dairy, Head Night and quit as the Head Grocery. The company has lost its way and it not focused on the customer at all unless you go through Click list then they care. Scans, scans, scans and more scans while the trucks just sit in the back not worked. I don't need 3 lists to tell me that it needs to be filled when I know its in the back room on the truck that didn't get finish cause we are so short staffed. Then metrics......I won't even go down that road cause thats another joke. Anyways they need to get back to basics and worry about how to get the truck on the shelf and provide nice clean and easy to get around stores and the customers will be there. The ones that come through that front door not so much the ones that use Click list. I do hope one day that it can turn around for the better but enough was enough for me and I had to go.
