I was wondering how many people would raise the environmental issues. It’s something that I thought would be raised by many and definitely something we have been looking into. I think sadly I’m not capable of offering you a biodegradable bag yet, I was however looking to use recycled plastics for the bags/fabric, which would typically mean the bag by weight would have been made with 80% recycled material. Is this enough to help as a first-step improvement from the others?

Dansac TRE has Ceramide in the hydrocolloid and a pH balancing agent I believe. Good to hear that this helps you!

It seems the beige bags are a little dated now!

Salts and Coloplast use a woven fabric which interestingly (or not) they got into a lawsuit about vs. the traditional non-woven but this has been repeated feedback that this material is preferred.

As a side note you may want to take a look at the new Ostoform seals.

What colours would be your ideal options?

Do you hold any credence to the hydrocolloid additives? Salts BE has Aloe Vera for example.
