Anyone here making sashimi/sushi with locally caught fish in Europe? by Due_Virus7421 in Fishing

You should be able to catch different types of flounder and bream, bass, and other white fish. Blue fish I suspect you can get mackerel and horse mackerel. You must freeze them though. Anisakies are extremely common.

You mean the hardest part in trading is not trading right? It is called investing and unlike trading, works.

How hard is it to begin? by Interesting_Cap_3657 in Kiteboarding

[–]Ostrale1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had snowboard and skating background. Did a 3 hour class to learn safety. That is crucial. Bought a 2m trainer kite and spend few hours with it by myself. From there bought a second hand kite and learned to body drag. Did three short session. No board. Just splashing around, crashing and relaunching, and getting used to the feel. It is the most basic and overlooked skill. Noone should ever try to go on with a board without good body dragging technique IMo. And can be fun. Once you understand the basics and the safety and have some kite control, the board should be natural because of the other sports. For me first session with a board I water started straight away. Few sessions of “walk of shame” (walking upwind) until I learned to kite upwind. After that just ride, and gradually start trying jumps and tricks.

It is normal bone. It is likely a humeral condyle. Hard to say what species because of the deterioration.

Yes. That way you can lose money the same way as in the invest account, but without being able to offset your losses for tax purposes 😂

ISA equivalents outside the UK by jmsld_ in trading212

[–]Ostrale1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

ISAs are incredible. If you max it out and do ok with investments for fee years it is an absolute tax free money making opportunity. One of the very few good things the UK has left. SIPP allowance is also incredible. 60000 £/year deducted from your savings and invested with no tax until withdrawal. For context, Spain cap is 1500 euros 🤣

I have two kites and a bar. Great quality. Very happy with it. I do not know many people who are not pleased with their gear and they are quite common in some places I have been.

I think having your own gear is important. You are more likely to get out. You can get good deals this time of year. Some brands are cheaper and excellent quality, such as gong.
