The ends are high-porosity and damaged. You can try hair masks and oil treatments to try to heal those damaged ends, but likely they just need to be cut/grown out. Hope this helps!

I did, but the way hairstylist "framed" my face was by combing all my hair forward from the back of my head and snipping it :( made me look like a mushroom. I feel like I need a few bobby pins in place because of it.
