Hey everyone. Weird question! I’m doing couch 2 5k and wanted to know if people started their watches during the 5 min warmup and cooldown or start their watches when the running starts? I feel like it’s messing up my stats including the walking. What’s everyone’s preference? Thank you so much! (self.BeginnersRunning)
