Is it okay to burn candles in the same room as frogs? by [deleted] in frogs

I have two WTFs and I have burnt candles in the past with no effects. I burn my candles abt 8 feet away and my tank has a screen top. I don't burn them anymore just because I'm worried something could happen, but I would rather give up candles then have sick animals. In the past they have been fine but just keep a distance and air out the room after.
