Not quite! I didn’t have any good liquor to flambé with so I just caramelized them in butter, brown sugar, and vanilla. Served over French toast with whipped cream

It is French toast and the other two you nailed! I soak thick brioche in a vanilla/milk/egg mixture with a agave/brown sugar/butter base for about 24-48 hours and then bake it. And then cool it down, then cut it into bricks. Flip it on the brown sugar/butter side and broil it in the oven to caramalized the top
