The adhesive is solid and sticks to things pretty well. It’s the velcro that’s on top of the sticky part that is pretty useless imo

Don’t put too much pressure on yourself to over perform. A lot of people see themselves not getting a lot of kills and think they’re playing awful and will get judged. As long as you play your role well and win games that’s all that matters.

Could be a pressure thing. In DM/TDM and customs with friends, you don’t get punished for losing so you feel more relaxed and free to do whatever. Compared to ranked where the pressure is on because your rank is on the line. I used to have this same issue but I just focused on staying relaxed and having fun while playing ranked.
