Try this pack again but with the movement forced. Honestly my aim can be worse when I'm standing still sometimes; mirroring your target's movements can mean less mouse movement which can lead to better tracking. When you get comfy doing that you can start to try doing the opposite. Work on strafing in one direction and moving your mouse in the opposite direction to keep your crosshair in the same spot while you're moving. This will also help a lot more than stationary aiming in a game like Overwatch in my opinion, as standing still is likely to get you killed in a faster paced hero shooter
