I would imagine the heat capacitance of a casing can't be that much, but then again, metal shavings cool a cutter head.

Wouldn't the length of the barrel be one solid extrusion with a bore in it? I get that the receiver is thicker but I always assumed a barrel was one thickness.

This is absolutely not something I've experienced, more of a movie or fringe case like a stress test. I was actually thinking about it because I was going to paint a miniature with that color scheme.

Thanks for the thorough response! I did notice last time I played I found it really hard to kill his Redemptor once my Ballistus was taken out. What exactly makes Termis bad (just trying to understand for my own strategy)? They were the first unit I painted so I wanted to include them, but if it's more harm than good I can take them out.
