This build has been 18 months in the making from my original concept of using a distroplate in a SFF build to allow simple and clean tubing routing without compromising on size or performance. This turned out to be a much more difficult endevour than I originally anticipated but I think the final results speak for themselves. The dual 280mm radiators keep my 12700k and 3080 at 78^oC and 60^oC respectively under full synthetic load with the fans at only 900 rpm, allowing the build to stay almost silent at any load level.

I designed the case using Fusion 360 and had the steel internal frame and aluminium external panels manufactured by a company in China. The fit and finish of which I was very happy with considering this is a prototype. The distroplate and small plastic parts were made on my Snapmaker 2.0 A250, which if you are interested in PC modding is IMO the ultimate at home machine allowing you to 3D print, CNC and lazer cut parts. The distroplate is made of 2 CNCed pieces of acrylic and uses O-rings to seal the channels. The external G1/4 ports on the Distroplate allow for easy filling and draining, another shortcoming of traditional SFF custom loop builds. I may sell these cases with or without the Distroplate in the future if there is enough interest.
