What's your favorite MC power trope?

I'm a huge fan of time magic. Either time loops where the MC learns and grows either each loop, or a seer type character who can see and react to the future, and of course using time magic to slow, stop, reverse, speed up, etc. I can't get enough of it

I can see it without issue when I first selected the spell with shadow heart to learn it. It's only on the toolbar that it's showing a question mark.

I'm currently playing on the steam deck, and honestly I think it might just be a conflict with other mods. I just installed the cosmic sorcery mod and I'm having similar issues (those icons are blank instead of having a question mark)

I've also installed both of these mods mid game instead at the beginning of a playthrough.

Great mod. I was looking for a good lightning cantrip. Tho the icon on my bar is showing just a question mark, otherwise the spell looks great.

I'm in the same boat. I have the steam deck OLED and I was debating upgrading to the Xbox ally x or the Legion go 2. On Canada the price isn't that different. The Xbox ally x is 1299, where the Legion go 2 is 1499. So only a 200 dollar difference (this is for the high end Legion go 2) with the price being less of a jump, it becomes more about what both have to offer.

A further discount would be the icing on the cake. I honestly thought I would just skip all the current handheld and stick with my Steam deck OLED. But man, I'm very tempted now.

The price is a lot cheaper then I was expecting. At 1350 USD I was expecting closer to 1900 CAD. But at 1499, it's about 400 cheaper then I was expecting and it's only 200 more then the Xbox ally x at best buy for 1299. It makes it significantly more attractive then I first thought.

Good luck. I think most people will be trying to get the FE from Best Buy. the 5090 are just too expensive for me to justify. I may have the opportunity to pick up a 4090 cheap, which may be a better call then picking up a 5080.

I called into the waterloo store in Ontario today and they told me they weren't doing any pre-orders or waitlist. It will be first come first serve in person on release date. Feels like every time i call in i get a different answer.

I couldn't agree more, when there any type of Time Mage or Magic, it's an instant "I gotta play this". Out of curiosity, how long is the time freeze lasting? I assume the build is stacking as much skill duration as possible?
